One responsibility
The project is not lost between the manager, designer and developer: technical and visual decisions are coordinated by one person.
Code for the task
A static site, CMS, e-commerce platform or web application is selected for the actual operating scenario, not simply because one tool is familiar.
Transfer without dependencies
After launch, the client receives the agreed access, files, theme and clear instructions for basic editing.
Who works on Montana WebStudio sites?
Web developer Artem Lazorko works on Montana WebStudio projects.
I lead the project from the first brief to placement on the domain: I analyze the task, form the structure, assemble the interface, connect the forms and check the mobile version. If the site will be managed by the client's team in the future, I lay down a clear admin and transfer script in advance.
The works and the performer's profile can be checked at Freelancehunt. For direct communication, I use Telegram.
What tasks are already in the portfolio?
The portfolio includes commercial sites, an educational platform, booking services and a mobile e-commerce interface.
- WordPress for local business. Custom theme, service pages, Telegram applications, Turnstile, SEO base and transfer to customer.
- Multi-page platforms. Structure of complex content, navigation, adaptive and sequential path to target action.
- Booking and service sites. Large photo, selection script, contacts and transition to booking without overloading.
- Mobile commerce. Search, categories, promotions, cabinet and purchase scenarios for a large product catalog.
How are technical decisions made?
Script First
I determine who comes to the site, what response should be received and where the main action should lead.
Then - technology
WordPress is not for everyone. I choose CMS when the content really needs to be regularly edited through the admin.
Checking before launch
I test the widths of mobile screens, forms, links, metadata, favicon, sitemap, robots and the final display.
Final — transfer
I fix access, file structure and editing rules so that the project does not depend on one working laptop.
What does the client get after launch?
The client receives a working site, accesses, project files and a clear list of what you can edit yourself.
I don't leave the launch at the level of "here's the archive, then figure it out". I check the domain, HTTPS, forms, mobile screens, metadata, robots.txt and sitemap. For a WordPress project, I separately record access to the admin, the theme and the principles of working with pages.
This approach can be seen in site case "Memory". Work with complex content shows Speed Skills case, and building a presentation site of services — ArtBus case.
