|---|---|---|
| Indexing | robots.txt, sitemap, an indexing exclusion, server responses, duplicate URLs | Important pages are available for search |
| Metadata | Title, description, canonical, Open Graph, favicon | Pages have clear signals and are distributed correctly |
| Content | One H1, H2-H3 logic, text usefulness, alt, internal links | Page theme is readable without spamming |
| Schema.org | Organization, Person, Service, BreadcrumbList and other relevant types | Structured data corresponds to visible content |
| Mobile and speed | Horizontal scrolling, media sizes, lazy loading, resources, layout stability | Less technical problems on mobile devices |
How do I prepare pages for clear search answers?
Each page should directly answer one main user intent, show a real experience and lead to the next useful action.
- Direct response. At the beginning of the block, the essence is briefly explained without a long introduction.
- Specifics. List of work, limitations, process and result are described without fictitious numbers and guarantees.
- Structure. H2 and H3 separate material by questions, not just for capitalization.
- Trust. Author, portfolio, contacts and terms of service are available on separate pages and linked internally. A real example of the local structure is described in Memory case.
- Primary source. Technical statements are checked against documentation, including guidelines Google for useful content.
What is technical SEO gives, and what does not guarantee?
Gives a clear base
A search engine can crawl pages, see the main URL, metadata, structure and relationships between materials.
Does not buy positions
Title, sitemap or schema do not guarantee first place. The result depends on demand, competition, content, reputation and time.
Helps measure
After connecting Search Console, you can see indexing, queries, impressions, clicks and technical problems.
Needs development
Competitive requests require separate landing pages, useful materials, brand mentions and regular analysis of results.
Frequently asked questions about SEO before launch
When will the page appear in Google?
There is no exact deadline. After publication, I submit a sitemap and check the URL in Search Console, but the decision about crawling and display is made by Google.
Do you need an SEO plugin?
On WordPress, it can simplify the management of tags and sitemap. On a static site, the same elements can be correctly implemented in the code without a plugin.
Why does Google change the description?
A search engine can generate a snippet from the text of a page if it better matches a specific request This is normal behavior, described in Google documentation about snippets.
Do you need separate service pages?
Yes, when services meet different user intents. Each page should have its own benefit, and not duplicate one text with keyword replacement.
